Roam Ritual is read in thirty-four countries, and the mail reaches one shared inbox at hello@roamritual.com. A person answers within two business days, usually the writer whose corner of the map your question is about. If it is a correction, it goes into the queue before anything else.
What to include
For a route question: the guide you are reading, your dates, and where you are starting from. For a correction: the page, the line that is wrong, and what you saw with your own eyes. Photographs of timetables and ticket signs are more useful than descriptions, and they speed up the reply more than anything else.
Before you write
- Route questions: answered in the order they arrive, two business days is normal, four around holidays.
- Corrections: checked against the operator within a week, and the guide is updated with a dated note.
- Collaborations: we work with a small number of transport and tourism boards each year, always marked as such in the text.
- Press and interviews: say your deadline in the first line and we will tell you straight away if we can make it.
